Have you ever wondered where your taxes go ?
Well now you may know …. they go to the jails and help the government to keep the criminals healthy, so that they can commit even more gruesome crimes and may be ultimately join the politics.
I read this article on indiatimes (click here) and was shocked.
It read like this
“They are served bed-time tea at 6 am, followed by upma or pongal or gruel for breakfast. At noon, they are served 650 gm of rice with sambhar, butter milk and vegetables, which is followed by boiled peanuts in the evening. Dinner consists of 550 gm of rice with sambhar. For those advised a wheat diet by doctors, chappatis and dal are served”.
Perhaps the TN govt. is more concerned for the criminals than the common man or perhaps they can’t see the people who sleep under the flyovers or on the footpaths, the people who can’t afford a square meal.
What government is doing is total ignorance of crime and criminals and neglecting the poor.Goverment is forcing the poor to commit crime; if the poor would know that he can enjoy a better life in prison than outside why he will not prefer prison.
What is the crime of the poor that he is not getting the basic necessity of life but the criminals are getting it despite doing all atrocities against society.
And the government take my one month’s hard-earned money from me every year to keep the criminals’ tummy full.
This is what happening in a country where more than 33% people are living below poverty line.
Shame on the Government and shame on the stupid laws..and shame on to those Homan Rights people who care only for the criminals and the terrorists and have no sense for the real poor people of this country.
